Terms of Service

Last updated: September 9, 2026

The terms that apply to business use of SupaIntent and its AI visibility monitoring service.

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SupaIntent, a B2B software service for AI visibility monitoring, prompt analysis, competitor analysis, and related workflows.

By creating an account, accessing the service, or using SupaIntent on behalf of a company, the user represents that they have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Accounts

Users are responsible for account activity, access permissions, and keeping login credentials secure. SupaIntent should be notified promptly at support@supaintent.com if unauthorized access is suspected.

Acceptable use

Users must use SupaIntent lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, or third parties.

Restricted customers and activities

To manage legal, regulatory, sanctions, payment-processing, security, and reputational risk, SupaIntent may decline to onboard, limit, suspend, or terminate access for a customer or use case, to the extent permitted by law.

We may request information about the customer, its beneficial owners, location, activities, and intended use. If the requested information is not provided or the risk cannot be resolved, we may refuse service, suspend access while a review is pending, or terminate access. We may be unable to disclose the specific reason where doing so would be unlawful, compromise a review, or expose security controls.

These decisions are based on the customer, activity, jurisdiction, transaction, or associated risk, and not solely on political viewpoint or other protected characteristics.

Stripe Prohibited and Restricted Businesses

User content

Users keep ownership of the domains, prompts, competitors, project settings, business context, and other content they submit to SupaIntent.

Users grant SupaIntent a limited right to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display user content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Connected agents and MCP

If you connect an external agent or application through MCP, you authorize it to read supported data from the project associated with your key. You are responsible for choosing the client, protecting the key, and ensuring you are authorized to share that project data. Processing by the connected client and its providers is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

You can revoke a key to block subsequent requests. Revocation does not delete copies already held by connected clients or their providers.

Public research and tools

SupaIntent publishes selected research results in public brand benchmarks, citation-domain statistics, and an advertising library. Advertising observations collected during customer monitoring may be included, such as ad copy, advertiser names, links, images, market categories, countries, AI providers, and appearance dates.

These public exports exclude account details, project identifiers, customer-submitted prompts, and private chat conversations. Use of the service permits publication of these selected research results as described in the Privacy Policy; it does not transfer ownership of user content.

AI outputs

SupaIntent uses AI-related systems to help generate, analyze, and summarize information. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent.

Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, marketing, or other decisions.

Payments, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans, subscriptions, and card payments are processed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, included usage, and plan limits are shown before you subscribe.

Eligible projects can receive a 7-day free trial, as shown at checkout. A project with a previous subscription does not receive another trial when subscribing again. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the selected paid plan starts automatically and renews at the applicable billing interval until canceled. If no trial applies, paid billing starts at checkout.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access remains available until then. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time.

Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may issue refunds or credits for duplicate charges, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. To request a review, contact support@supaintent.com and include the account email and invoice ID.

Service changes and availability

SupaIntent may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Suspension and termination

SupaIntent may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, fails to pay applicable fees, or uses the service in a way that may harm SupaIntent, other users, or third parties.

Users may stop using the service at any time. Certain billing, support, audit, security, and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

SupaIntent is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the extent permitted by law, SupaIntent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
